The "Düsseldorfer Stadtführer e.V." (registered Association of Düsseldorf Tourist Guides) was founded in 1997 by professional and examined guides. Since then, our group has developed more than 50 specific programs for individuals or groups of tourists, business travellers as well as Düsseldorfers themselves.
We are members of the "BVGD - Bundesverband der Gästeführer in Deutschland e.V." (registered National Association of Guidesin Germany). Our tour guides are trained continuously, and most of them have been awarded
- the "BVGD Guide Certificate", an additional higher approval by the National Tourist Association (BVGD) or
- the "BVGD DIN EN Certificate", the highest guiding degree in Germany according to the training and qualification standard of tourist guides in Europe (EN 15556).
